The Friendship Garden, located at Auburn Centre for Community, is a shared community garden, developed as a community space for healthy, fun outdoor activities.
The garden encourages people to grow and share local food, make new friends, share skills while improving community health and wellbeing. All community members are welcome to get involved in the Friendship Garden. Coming along enables you to access Auburn Centre for Community Friendship Garden to enjoy growing your favourite vegetables, herbs and fruits with other likeminded gardeners.
We have lots of fun doing other creative activities, sharing skills and learning new things. Everyone is welcome to join in and enjoy the space in doing the things you love.
On the Saturdya, we will be doing workshops for worm farm, composting and recycling and an online Electronics Repair Café. We will also have a lucky door prize for two winners 1 a worm farm Unit and 1 compost bin. Each person who attends will receive a ticket in the draw. We will also have herb seedling to give away on the day.
