This front garden shows how trees can be used to provide shade on a hot footpath and a grapevine and a peach tree screen the front of the house from the western sun. Front of house only (back driveway too steep and could be a hazard). a small-front-garden site which can accomodate 6 or so visitors at a time. raised beds verge planting and growing in pots as a way to be productive under mature trees (with their root systems). plants as screening from the street.
