Willoughby – Wendy’s Garden

THIS GARDEN IS OPEN ONLY ON SATURDAY 9:00am to 4:00pm.

Wendy is a passionate permaculture gardener. With a garden containing a large wicking bed, lots of edibles grown in bags and pots, many varieties of herbs used in Asian and western dishes, banana circle, native bee hive, composting and worm farms. Edibles are grown at the front, side and back of the garden.

During the Edible Garen Trail, she’ll be holding a demonstration of making edible raw jelly from the leaves of the Green grass jelly plant between 12pm and 1pm on Saturday (with some free seedlings to be given away). Please note: this garden is only open on the Saturday of the trail.
