Wendy is a passionate permaculture gardener. With a garden containing a large wicking bed, lots of edibles grown in bags and pots, many varieties of herbs used in Asian and western dishes, banana circle, native bee hive, composting and worm farms. Edibles are grown at the front, side and back of the garden.
