Addison Road Community Garden is an un-gated community garden located in the grounds of the Addison Road Community Organisation. Celebrating it’s 20th anniversary in 2022, this well established community garden provides opportunities to grow food locally, learn the basics of organic gardening (including propagation and seed saving), and spend time with like minded locals.
On the third Sunday of each month members and community are invited to join ‘Garden and Gather’, where a meal is shared after working together in the garden. Like & follow our facebook page for more details and events.
Our annual OPEN DAY will coincide with the SEGT on the 27th March. We will be hosting garden tours, talks and workshops, selling pickles, preserves and jams as well as a plant and seeds sell and swap, and a raffle of some great prizes.
