In 2014, a passionate group of older residents came together to envision a community garden in the heart of Bankstown, a space where the community could come together to connect, contribute and develop valuable skills. On the grounds of Bankstown Public School, the heart of a vibrant and multicultural community, they created a garden for contemplation, growth and art. The community garden is now being passed onto the next generation, to revive and regenerate this important community asset for everyone to enjoy once again. Join us, everyone is welcome 🌱
