Giant Steps is a school for students with autism and together with Adult Autistic Services is located in the grounds of the old Gladesville hospital.
A large garden area is used by the students and adults. It is supported by a dedicated team of volunteers.
There are a couple of open gardens where we grow vegetables and fruit and greenhouses where Australian natives, succulents, bromeliads ,and elk horns and a range of flowering plants are grown. Plants and produce are sold and all money raised is donated to the school.
The Garden is open most Saturday mornings and there is a market about every 6 weeks. Next one is on 28th March
