We wanted to create a small nursery where people could discuss plants and seek advice in a relaxed atmosphere and we could grow plants that appealed to us.
The fruit forest features bananas, coffee, guavas, jaboticabas, a variety of finger limes, three types of lemon aspen, lemon myrtle, antidesma bunius (bignay), Davidsons plum, native raspberries, macadamia trees, a loquat tree, olive trees, ginger and a babaco tree.
Hornsby Heights Plants is a small nursery built around a house with a terraced fruit forest type garden at the rear. We propagate almost everything including selected exotic plants such as mandevillas and dwarf coffee and Australian natives including prostatheras and croweas.
