STORY

Our Motto: ‘The one who plants a garden plants happiness.’
Randwick Community Organic Garden (RCOG) is created for and managed by the local community. It is a not-for-profit incorporated association, where membership is open to all.
RCOG combines substantial community garden areas with individual plots for members. We currently have 70 members and 33 individual plots. We are a flourishing ecosystem of humans, animals and plants – with food production, knowledge sharing, creative and festive community events, provision of native habitat, and a place of beauty.
We aim to be a demonstration garden and participate fully in sustainable and organic practice, the circular economy, and community caring for Country.
